The Stray Rescue of St. Louis embarked on a mission to assist a scared and shaking canine. Thomas Coffee, a nearby coffeehouse, generously provided nourishment and blankets for the animal, prompting the rescue team to intervene.
Taking care of a dog that had trust issues was quite a challenge, but the pooch requires even more attention now.
The rescuers offered a calming presence to the dog and assured her that they were there to assist. The dog has been successfully rescued and is out of harm’s way. She will soon be placed in a loving foster family, where she will have a fresh start at life.
During her stay, she’ll acquire social skills and experience what it’s like to be a pet before finding the ideal permanent residence!
