Singer Selena Gomez, 23, showed her support for Taylor Swift at the iHeartRadio Music Awards on Sunday night. Swift, 26, took home the first award of the night at the star-studded event, which honors the best in music, and was held at the fabulous Forum in Inglewood, California. Gomez also won for Best Tour and Most Memorable Moment for her “Crazy Girl” with running mascara from her Blank Space video. Taylor was pitted against Gomez in the coveted covered category and credited her girlfriends like the Hands To Myself singer for her move into pop music.
Congratulations to Swift! The 26-year-old singer won big at the award show, including the coveted Female Artist of the Year and Album of the Year awards.

Adele, Carrie Underwood, Meghan Trainor, and the Jonas Brothers also received nods, with Taylor’s Swifties going up against Selena’s Selenators for Best Fan Army. Despite being competitors, the gorgeously gal pals remained close.

However, the award went to Selena’s former flame, Justin Bieber, for his devoted Beliebers, as he also took home Male Artist of the Year award. She showed her impressive competition skills by beating some of the biggest names in the industry. Her competitors included Justin Timberlake, Jennifer Lopez, Lady Gaga, Nick Jonas, Usher, and Jason Derulo.
